Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Vexa Studio.
Last updated: September 7, 2026 · Brand used on this page: Vexa Studio
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
The service
Vexa Studio provides tools that route prompts, references, and settings to third-party AI and media providers. Outputs can be inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, or inconsistent. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, limits, or providers to protect the service, comply with law, or manage capacity.
Your content and outputs
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit to configured providers, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for your prompts, uploads, likenesses, voices, and use of outputs. Do not rely on an output as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, deception, privacy violations, harmful sexual content, or attempts to bypass safeguards. We may investigate, restrict, preserve records, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary.
Fees, credits, and taxes
Paid features may require credits or a paid plan. Prices, credit costs, and limits shown at checkout or in-product apply at the time of purchase or generation. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment information.
Third parties
Third-party providers, payment processors, and hosting services may have their own terms. Their availability and output are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or policy decisions to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability caps and governing law must be completed for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Contact details and the formal notice address must be completed on the Contact page before launch.
