Any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a minor is prohibited. We may report credible evidence of exploitation to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Do not upload or generate a person’s likeness, voice, personal data, or private material without the rights and consent required for your use. Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing material, or content designed to mislead people about real events or people.

Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, contracts, or other rights. You must have permission to use uploaded references, brand assets, music, voices, and media.

Do not circumvent rate limits, credit controls, model safeguards, access restrictions, or provider terms. Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, introduce malware, or use the service to build a competing service without permission.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement is not a promise that every violation will be detected.
